NVIDIA GeForce GT 610M worth an extra $100

So far it seems all laptop either have the built in Intel HD grafix with shared memory.

or they got the NVIDIA GeForce GT 610M with 2GB, but see lots of bad reviews on it, no drivers, or bad performance.

is it worth $100 more

It depends on what you're planning to do with the laptop. If you want to do some gaming on it, I'd get the 610m. Now, I don't know how bad its performance/driver issues are, but there will probably be drivers in the future to improve its performance. At least, hopefully. But if you're just planning to use the laptop for light activities, the Intel hd 4000 should be fine.
