Who makes the best processor that is being used in phones right now or being released very shortly (ie shortly after MWC)? I probably should've included Apple in the title as well....

What about the best chips for tablets?
 
To date the best chipset available NOW is the Samsung Exynos AFAIK. That would change quickly though, with Tegra 3 coming up.
