The Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York has announced a $27 billion plan which calls for adding 1,025 new subway cars by the year 2020. While the subway system is partially covered by the major service providers, the new subway cars will also be equipped with WiFi and USB charging ports to ensure that you're smartphones and tablets are always charged and connected.
