NZ Firmware update

Hi There, I see on Kies that there is a new firmware update issued in New Zealand PDA:KS9 / Phone: KS3 / CSC:KP5 (VNZ)

Can anyone tell me if this is the upgrade to gingerbread 2.3?


Is it worth upgrading to? or should I stay with Froyo 2.2?
