OBD2 Bluetooth Car Start

I have the obd2 bluetooth adapter and an EVO 4G. I am looking to remote start my Truck with these 2 things. I really think that it should be possible because if you have a really good obd2 computer you can start the car with it. I have searched far and wide and cant seem to find this. Has anyone come across anything like this?

I dont think its possible to start the car from am obd2 port. FOr one, when the car is off, the obd computer is also off.
