obsolete :( s3 when s4 come out

every-time i here about the s4 i get alil up set because ive had my s3 for since December and to know that people say it will be obsolete upsets the hell out of me

Oh, I think the S3 will be around for a long while longer.
With so many people owning this device and the great dev support (if you are rooted), I don't see it fading away anytime soon. :)
 
Really you think it'll be obsolete ? No more Obsolete than a SGSII that I would still be proud to have as a main phone now.

Be pleased you have a device that's still cutting edge, while knowing the technology marches on. Until the next time you upgrade and go WOW again. In approx two years time my SGSIII I expect will be OK as a device, and I shall be smiling at the SGSIV owners who will look enviously at my SGSV.

Enjoy the now for the next is not guranteed.
 
Nah, when the S3 came out people who didnt know about phones started buying the S2 (mostly girls) because they thought it was the new thing when in reality retailers were trying get rid of the old ones. I know so many people who did that and posted their S2 on Facebook...
 
Doesn't bother me one bit. The S2 is still selling. The S3 will still do the same things it does now after the S4 comes out. There's always something newer and better just around the corner. I'm not wasting my time trying to chase the cutting edge, you'll never catch it for long, and you'll overpay for the privilege.
 
I really wish my biggest problem was that my SG3 will be replaced by the SG4, which will be replaced by the SG5.... How do you even buy a Car? Seriously, get a grip.
 
Upset? Really? You need to get a life lol. My wife still has the first 3G iPhone and she is far from upset and rather spends the money saved on upgrades on wine. I am a geek and I'd love to have the latest and greatest but can't afford it. But I am far from upset. lol Computers are far worse. I spent once $900 on a graphics card and it took less than six months for it to cost less than a third.
