Root Oc kernel?

Most kernels like Pacman Rom I'm pretty sure have the overclocking option into them, not 100% sure. If you wanna know if its an overclockable rom, ask in the thread it's made in.
 
The Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8610 with Adreno 300 GPU is not overclockable.
I read some assumptions that the GPU might be able to be slightly increased but I never actually saw anything come of it.
