I read an article today about a deep sea port . It involved Vulcan materials , a birmingham alabama company . It said the Mexican military had occupied the companies property . They claimed Vulcan did not have necessary permits . What is going on with that ? It also said the Mexican military was still occupying the property . That was on the 14 th of March.
