Odd Battery Usage and week battery?

Hello, Ive got 2 problems...

The first one is, the battery usage stats. They just do not add up to a percentage that would make sense... If I have 20% left on the phone, I actually lost 80%, but if I add the percentages of the Usage stats, its just about 30% or so... IDK what to do.. please help me

The second problem is my battery life. I am loosing battery power too quickly. I just cannot find an app, that is using much energy, because of issue number one.

How old is the phone, how long you been using it? If it's old, couid be the battery is failing and needs replacing?
