Odd email happenings

I have used the email app to set up 2 email accounts set up on my Droid - my company email and my yahoo email. I've had an issue on multiple occasions where if I reply to an email or create a new email, the recipient receives the mail with my subject line, but with some other random item from my email inserted into the text. Oddly, sometimes a work email person will receive an email from my yahoo account, sometimes from the work account.

It's very random and I'm now paranoid about sending emails from my phone, especially to my clients!

Has anyone seen this before? Here's my phone specs:
