Odd screen default

On my htc, it I'd defaulting to an odd screen that I have to exit out of with a car icon. It's if the phone has been compromised. It has navigation, footprints, voice search, view map, search and make a call as options. I exit but it keeps coming back,
 
Hello and welcome to AndroidForums.com. It seems that CarMode has been activated. I would suggest turning the phone off and then back on to clear CarMode. If it comes back, then I would suspect a recently installed app that is maliciously triggering this behavior.
