@ kang the 00000000868 is the VM number and i think it has something to due with my bill witch is due tommorow

I get that every month when bill is due. If I don't pay my service gets cut off. But its right back on as soon as I pay. Im gonna switch to automatic pay so I don't need to worry about it

Yeah, that's their auto reminder text. I've gotten that before and on the wrong date. Usually you get that, followed by another that says your balance is getting low and your bill is coming due.
