.ODT editor and reader app

Hi,
I've been searching for several days for an APP that will let me create a list document (several different ones) in Open Office, transfer this document to the SD card on my G1, and then view the document and edit it on my G1. I can't seem to find such an APP. I can find one for MS Office, but not for Open Office.
Any help will be most appreciated.

Just found one in development it is called androffice, they have spreadsheet compatability but they are working on the whole suite.

do you need to convert odt to word format?
