Root Of interest to Regard Owners

The LG Motion now has a 2nd init recovery, the Motion and Regard are almost identical phones, so this recovery should work on your phone.

There is a CM10 pre-alpha that should work on your phone too


There is a base de-odexed ROM, you guys can NOT use the ROM itself, but you should be able to use the update script and update binary to make your own ROMS

The recovery and CM10 is the work of a developer name 985hPaKicK

I was able to figure out that the recovery worked as-is on the Motion, and I was able to make his CM10 work on the Motion with some slight modifications, so if you use any of this stuff, please post a thank you post for 985hPaKicK in this thread

Maybe if the Motion and Regard forums work together we can get the CM10 fully working

Since there are differences between the two phones it would be better to post Regard specific issues/bugs in this thread and not in the LG Motion threads
