Off brand unlocked androids?

So... I'm interested in getting an unlocked android. I'm not sure what I can get anyway since I have MetroPCS.

Here's some I was looking at.

You'd be better off getting a decent 2nd hand phone from a reputable dealer, or an individual with 99.5 or better EBay feedback, who is prepared to guarantee that the phone is all good AND will take returns.

The ones I look at are always 99 or 100. At least 95. The only reason why I didn't order that one was because it was gsm and I don't know which to get for Metropcs service.
