Official Twitter App Not Sending Replies

I have the Twitter app installed on my Galaxy S2 and when I receive an @ reply I don't get any notifications like I would from the Facebook app, etc.
Any ideas how to fix that?
 
Thanks I've updated, deleted cache, uninstalled, reinstalled and that didn't help the official one.

TweetCaster is working good for me now though.
