I am looking for application for Free Navigation Application which Downloads Maps and Navigates without internet connection. I have tried Many Applications like -

Sygic
Wave Community
Wise Pilot


Give me other then this please

Because I'am planning to Hire Android Developer to make such application for expanding my Business.
 
apparently google maps allows you to save a map segment of your choice to use when data connection isnt avaliable, but i do not know how, have been looking. maybe this helps?
 
I would also like one thats self contained and works without internet connection, can anyone please recommend one?

Google Nav and Maps! Among others. When you plan a route in Nav or Maps all the necessary data is being downloaded. Including the necessary maps (even for detours). Thereafter the app does not need to download data anymore for that route. So if you can, plan your route while you're on a WiFi connection. When you start driving that route you don't need a (mobile) phone or WiFi/internet connection anymore. You could put your phone in Airplane Mode and the navigation will still work as long as GPS is on.

For simple but good maps with your own GPS location on them you can download and install for instance free MapDroyd. Upon installing it downloads all the maps that you want to your SD card. From then on the app does not need to download anymore data. So download while you're on a WiFi connection and you can then even switch to Airplane Mode if you want to make sure it doesn't download anymore data while you're en route (GPS on of course).

But you don't have to go into Airplane Mode to make sure either of those apps don't download data. They won't anyway after you've planned the route.
 
Ohkk guys, i've tried mapdroyd but none of them are proper lets see waiting for more comments on those applications.

Starting a business does not come for free. It requires investment ! In time, effort, and money !
Pay the couple bucks for the app(s) you need. They will prove the cheapest investments of all in your business.

I want to make application that is FREE dude... thats y am searching that is there any application available already !

Why don't u give a try to Google Maps itself???In google maps there is a lab feature called "pre-cache map area". It will pre-cache map of 10 miles from a point of your interest n that map will be available offline as normally.
