Ok Google commands only doing web searches on Lollipop. Please help.

Hey guys,
I recently got a Panasonic P75, running stock Android 5.1 lollipop.
The phone is smooth and nice, but the only problems I face is that all my Ok Google commands are directly searched on the web. "SET AN ALARM", "WHAT IS THE TIME NOW?", and so on, are always searched on the web. This problem is non-existent on my J2 also running lollipop.
I've even tried a reset, and updated everything, but to no use.
Please help me as it makes me feel like I'm lacking something in my new phone.
Cheers!

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.

Have you checked that 'Speech ouput' is switched on in Voice settings?

Edit - sorry, I did mean 'Speech output'

If you mean the 'speech output' setting, then yeah, its turned on. Actually, everything is just like in your attached picture. Even then, it won't work. Thanks for your quick attention. I really appreciate it.
