"Ok google" not working on S4

The "ok google" is not working on my S4. Anyone else have the same problem as me? It was working last week somehow it's not working now. I try to restart and reboot, turn on the hotword and everything still not working. The micro icon becomes hallow and I cannot say "ok google". Any help is much appreciate it!
