Ok..What's up with with the keypad?

I have the galaxy s2. I'm getting really irritated with this key pad and I'm fairly tech savvy.

1. When I'm on a call and another call comes in, I switch back to the original call and can't get rid of the second caller. I end up hanging up both calls.

2.When I'm on a call and say, I put the call on speaker and go to my call log or contacts, when I try to get back to the screen that has the speaker on/off, blue tooth etc, it takes me to the screen with the message/text icon icon and the green phone dialer. I was on a call and wanted to take it off speaker. I spent an hr trying to figure out how to get back to the screen that has the speaker on/off, etc. My friend was wondering why I wouldn't get the heck off the phone. I know this phone has great features, but at the end of the day, it's still a FREAKIN PHONE. My Evo's key pad was a lot more user friendly. Can someone help a brotha out...

Not sure about your first question. In regards to your second question, when you're on a call and need to leave the call screen to surf the internet, check email, or do whatever, and wants to return to the call screen after you're done, just do what you would do to bring the down the notification screen. For example, when you're on your home screen and on a call, you will see a green portion on the upper part of the phone, touch and hold to drag down; now you should see options to your call (pressing 'call' brings you back to the original call screen).

Thanks!! I really appreciate it. As far as my first question, let me re-phrase it with a better example..If I'm on a call and I add another caller. When I'm done with the caller I added, how do I hang up that caller, get back to the first caller without losing both? I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

You can't. The only way you can swap between the two calls is if the 3rd person calls YOU. If you call the 3rd person, you are only able to merge the two calls as a conference call. If you place the person on hold, no way to get back to them which is kind of irritating but 90% of the time you aren't going to call someone else with someone already on the line.
