Old Android market?

So I just installed Cyanogen with Gapps

But I am having a hard time trying to get the old market back, the one before the latest market.

Any ideas?

Not sure how "old" you want to go. I have 2.3.6 on mine and am very happy with it. You should be able to download it from here: NEW 2.3.6 MARKET apk!!!! - xda-developers

You need to freeze or quarantine "Market Updater" if you want to keep it from updating.

Yup i froze market updater then uninstalled updates on market through app settings. Now have 2.3.6 and nomore updating.
