I've lost all sound. No ringtone volume. Cannot use speaker when using phone. Volume is marked all the way up. I've searched various forums but none of the solutions worked for me. My contract is up. I do not want to upgrade to another phone & be stuck with another 2 year contract. Verizon has already replaced this phone once. If I can't fix the problem, am I able to purchase this phone again & activate it myself without involving Verizon?
