Root omg...I just deleted the settings from my phone...

So, I have a ZTE racer, not the best phone I know but I am new to the whole android thing so I thought I would start at the bottom. Lucky for me I did.....
So, I rooted it with super one click, installed titanium back up, and thought I was good to go. And I was for a while. Until I hit Menu>Settings, and nothing happens at all. It appears as though I have deleted all the settings options. And while I am on the subject every time I open Task Manager it crashes....
I did do a back up to a desk top app folder via a tutorial I found on line but I cant find it on my 'puter.....
If I look at the list of apps on titanium back up there is one all the way at the bottom called com.android.settings. That must be the one. All I can say is that I am not normally so stupid as to delete something called 'settings' I presume it was the poor keyboard and then I just hit ok when it asked for confirmation....

I am too scared to do anything else in case I brick it....
Any help would be appreciated....

At the bottom of the apps screen is a file called com.settings.android I presume that is what I accidentally deleted.

Did you make a Nandroid backup after you rooted? If you did just restore your backup. If you didn't make a backup your best bet is to do nyydynasty's suggest and load stock ROM.

I could probably explain what I did, it was actually very simple.... hahaha

But how do I 'flash back to stock'?....I have no idea and am a bit paranoid now....Cheers.

after doing a quick google search, here's what I found:

ROMS (I think yours is the last on the list?):
Stock Roms

Before doing any of this, be warned that flashing back to stock or custom rom, you WILL lose all your apps and data. So you may want to backup what you have, if you can. You can use Titanium Backup to backup your apps and data. DO NOT backup your system data because restoring that to the new ROM will screw everything up again.

You also may want to do some research as much as you can because I'm not going to be held responsible if you lose something or screw up your phone.

I did do some type of back up, I think, but I was getting a little confused with the on line instructions. So, there is a folder in <user name> that has a load of .apk files in it. browser.apk calender.apk etc. There is alos one called settings.apk. I presume that this is what I am missing? But how do I get it back on the phone?
Also one thing is that if I try to turn it on in boot mode, I have read you hold the volume up button while pushing power to do it, but nothing happens, it just turns on as normal.

Well its kind of screwed up already so it is not a real issue. I have 2 files on my laptop from the phone, settings.apk and settingsprovider.spk I have tried to load them onto my phone but just get the message Parse Error, There is a problem parsing the package.
