Help On S-5: Caller ID read out aloud" feature?

How do you turn on the "Caller ID read out aloud" feature?
It is available on my S-4, but I can't figure out how to do this on an S-5. My carrier is AT&T in USA.
(When a call is received, it will ring & a voice will say "Incoming call from Joe Smith" (example)

Thanks,

Bill

Hi, I think it's possible you need "Car Mode" enabled, pull down the mail screen and you will see four squares in the top right corner, touch these and a lot of options will be displayed, enable "Car Mode" and hopefully this will solve your problem. Phil

Thanks for the suggestion. But I'd rather not do anything with the "car /driving mode" because it disables other functions, and I don't want to have to constantly go back & forth from this feature. (remembering to turn on/off this mode)

My S-4 allows voice announcements of incoming calls & text messages all the time. This is what I want for my wife's S-5. Why can't this be achieved on an S-5?

I thought I had seen the option somewhere on my S5 at one time, but I can't find it again so maybe I'm thinking of something else.
Anyway I use an app for this, the one I have is "Voice Caller ID". It's not a perfect solution and hasn't been updated in a long time so it doesn't work quite as well on this phone as it did on my older ones, but it does work most of the time. If the caller is in the phone contacts it reads out the name, if there's no name it reads out the number.
There are other apps in the Play store that do the same thing, you can try a few and see which one works best.

On the latest stock, unbranded, Samsung firmware, OK5...

Settings > Language and input > Notification readout > Calls from favourite contacts (make all contacts favourites if needed)

Thanks ironass. Yep just confirmed that my S5 has that setting and I'm on an older Metro PCS 4.4.2 ROM.
You think they could have buried it any deeper?
Still not a complete caller ID solution though as it won't announce number-only or blocked calls.

I've never used Car Mode, and it works on my S5, a Verizon model.

don't recall where I turned it on now, but I believe that Ironass has it right.
