Help On screen button app?

I'm looking for an app that allows you to add custom buttons to the screen that when pressed register a certain key. For instance, it would let me add a space bar button on screen to run over my apps. Or a W-A-S-D to my screen to run over my apps, etc. Anything like this out there?
