On start not get id

Hello forum,

We bought a new Huawei P Smart 2019.
On Unpacking, the phone ask Huawei registration, but not Google registration.
While use the phone the Google Play doesnt ask registration only try to connect with unkown GoogleID.

How can I register and set the googleID?

We bought it from Media Markt. The phone was on original pack.

Sounds like you've got a China variant rather than international, those you can't initially register with Google and set a Google ID. What's the full model number of it? Does it have "00" in the model number? Which means it was intended for sale and use in China.
