On the verizon forum they are getting drilled

It looks like on the Verizon forum they are getting nailed with complaints about Lollipop 5.0 upgrade. I wonder if it takes awhile for these things to start. My s5 was upgraded this morning and I have tried everything these people are saying is NOT working mine seem to be working fine. So does it take a few days for this stuff to start not working or was I just lucky.
I have used my phone alot today and the battery is still at 54% so no battery drain for me. Now I'm wondering if I dare shut it off tonight to charge it what will I have in the morning?

consider yourself lucky, you may want to clear your cache as a precaution ;)
 
Agree, some did not have a lot of apps on their phone, and the process worked okay.

I have chosen to just avoid it altogether and so far, 4.4.4 is alive and well on my phone because when it is asleep, so is Wifi and DATA... and I don't use WiFi anymore since VZW released 5.0

IF, you experience any bad issues, Clear Cache Partition helps most.
worst case, a Factory Reset fixes it for the rest on Lollipop.

What would be not a lot of apps. The more I use my s5 with lollipop the better I like it, seem like everything is faster.
 
it pisses me off that every time I try to view their forum pages, it asks me to LOGIN again, and again, and again................ argh!!!!

Verizon not only can't fix their own software, they can't even run a forum right.
