One X about to be $99

Its all over the internet if you Google One X price drop. Seems like its a move to takes peoples minds off the popular GS III. To me its a move that will make HTC go back to the drawing boards and release a new version which will lose focus on this one. I guess the removable battery and SD card along with a bunch of commercials hurts this device. Overall I can't complain because it was a free upgrade. I just hope the next Nexus comes with a bigger battery and SD slot (also on at&t). This phone should do me justice until November.

I saw this early this morning. The at&t website already has it for $99. I upgraded two weeks ago at the $199 price. I called this morning and was put on hold for about 10 minutes after I asked them to credit my account the price difference. The rep came back on and told me that she had credited my account $143 for the price difference AND the upgrade+tax fee. I thought I was going to have to go all Hulk on them, but there was no need! Now I'm liking this phone even more! :)

Even the off contract price is decent. 450 bucks! I am seriously thinking about getting it. I hope the local store honers the internet price. I doubt bestbuy will though.

Good phone especially for $99. They had to lower the price in order to sell. Everything is GS 3 right now. Samsung has way more advertising the HTC. That alone is helping them sell cause most people really don't know anything about the inside guts of the phone except us that are usually on mobile sites.

I'll be utterly gutted & pissed off if this is true. If I'd have got the S3 on this two year contract instead because I could resell it for loads of money at the end of contract, the S2 still holds its price well, you can bet the S3 will. But this great phone is now going to worth little more than a Wildfire...
Not happy at all

I just checked the website and it looks like the no commitment price changed to $449 thats great!
