Help One X faulty?

I'm wondering if I can get any advice in relation to my one x.

I have had it replaced by the supplier after the first one kept crashing, switching off and then on again on certain opening of apps. They are Draw Something, Happy Mrs Chicken and Youtube. After a while even adjusting the volume meant that the phone would crash.

I have written to the developers and it seems there are no problems with their end.

This is the interesting bit....

I have got a brand new replacement this morning and I reinstalled Draw Something - it crashed, switched off and then on again, I tried youtube - it crashed, switched off and then on again. I may add that youtube is preinstalled on the phone.

So what do you think? Is it the app, is it the phone?

I've used YouTube a lot today with no issues. Not used the other apps though so can't help you there.

I noticed you mentioned the volume rocker causes it as well.

Could be that they are both from the same batch which could be a faulty batch?

Just used the you tube app myself with no problems either.

Could be just a really bad patch. I have sent 2 phones back to my supplier already. They were from the same patch I believe. Both had dead pixels, broken volume rocker and the screen makes cracking noise when press, even slightly press. Their quality control sucks...
