Glad you like the phone... it certainly looks like a nice device - wouldn't mind getting my hands on one myself!
We are primarily a peer support site of Android users, helping out others, as and when we can.
As for updates, we can speculate, but couldn't actually tell you when updates will come out - you may get answers/find more info from Cyanogen though

I think an update is coming soon. I read something about that either last night or this morning. I love mine but in my opinion Cyanogenmod could use a few tweaks.
I have one, also the moto g lte. I can move them back and forth between at&t and T-Mobile numbers. The APN settings auto load and all functions work. Both are great for high and mid-range models.
The price was half what a carrier would charge you and there are no contracts involved. Win- win for you as a customer all the way . you can shop/upgrade phones and plans anytime you want.

Hopefully they launch that like a normal company cause the forum bickering over there about invites was RIDICULOUS!!!! They know the demand is there now, so there is frankly no excuses for a rollout like this again.

They said they'll be announcing a sale on a limited quantity of the bamboo.
The issue wasn't over wondering about the demand but being able to control costs so that they could keep interest and be able to pump out a steady stream of devices. It also helped that it gained additional promotion.
Whether they do this with future devices? Probably depends on how well the business model is laid and profitability.

Just switched over my 38r from avlaik to art. Works much better. Also disabled both wake up and keep awake for Google play services under privacy guard to save battery. Both suggestions were posted on opo forums by other owners.
There is also a video on you tube on how to remove black back plate without damage, as well as link to order white replacement. The video shows how to switch and install without damage. However, the white plate has no antenna for NFC.
