Oneplus Reliabity

Hi, current nexus 6 owner, looking g to get oneplus 3t.

There always seems to be a lot of discussion with regard to the reliability and bugs found in these phones. Is this just a minority or do people generally have bugs and glitches on a regular basis?

Or should I stick with a mainstream brand?

Thanks.

My oneplus one (which I bought instead of a Nexus 6) is still running great... Have been happy with the build quality, and don't have any problems with it... No plans to replace it at the moment, but the Pixel is in a higher price range, and I don't think we're going to see another Nexus... So if I was shopping around today, I'd certainly consider the oneplus 3t

Thanks, just worried about bugs etc. I guess that now O2 are stocking it, must mean it's fine like you say. How do you get on with the camera and shutter speed?

Well... I'm not a big photography geek.... But I haven't had a problem with shutter speed at all (although I certainly did on older cheaper hardware)....

My daughter bought a OnePlus One. (Based on recommendations from friends with a OnePlus One.) She was impressed with the phone. I had a Windows Phone was also impressed with it. When it developed a fault (the screen developed a dead zone) - she thinks after it was dropped. We contacted Customer Support, and they were extremely quick, helpful and professional, which impressed me immensely. However she did not want to risk paying for the repairs, so she replaced it with the Plus 3.

When my phone became ready for replacement, instead of staying with Windows Phone, I made the switch to Android. I have to admit I am impressed with the build quality etc of the OnePlus 3. I am currently investigating a replacement for the Wife's Android phone. Unless there is a deterioration of the quality I see no reason to move away from OnePlus.
