Online Ordering... question

Hey everyone... long time lurker, and just started posting when I heard about this phone. I've ordered it and it is on the truck coming here before 3 today, so not going to start that up...

My question is when I ordered online, it bumped me off the unlimited data pack, which I was told would stay forever as long as I didn't change it, even though it isn't offered anymore. It said something about calling customer service after activation and they could add it back...

Is anyone else having to do this? Having any luck getting it added back?

I didnt have to do that, for me unlimited option was either already checked or it said if I change my plan now I change the existing plan. I just didnt change anything and hit next. Cant remember exactly what the screen showed now, I ordered on 10-27.

If they drop you from unlimited it should be a really easy fix for them to put it back on your account. After all you account should show that you had Unlimited until you activated your new phone...
