When they changed their website sign on to make everyone's ID your phone number, it erased Everyone's saved passwords. That was At Least One of the torpedoes that sunk them on-line. Metro "JM" told me this morning on Faceplant that they put some fixes in last night.
I did get my password reset text finally after 2 days waiting. I am back into my account and will be trying to GSM upgrade here in a bit. (Major finger crossing and bead mumbling engaged!)
