Help online storage space for Android Application

I am new to android development. My team is developing an android application which requires online storage/web services such that user can upload images. We are targeting our app for 1000 users. Suppose each user consumes an average of 200MB of space so we would require 200GB of total online storage.

1. I don't have any idea of how and from where to buy this storage online. (I am in India)
2. M confused if buying a domain online for web hosting will solve my problem as it also provides online storage?

Since users will need to upload/download images, so basic services like FTP are definitely needed.

Please Help.
