Disappointing to see Asus are building only 300 initially - they will miss the xmas slot which is an odd move to make....

I've just placed a pre-order with xpansys but now won't hold my breath and when it will be readu for delivery

Where did you get that number? Maybe that was just the initial batch (this thread is over a month old, I see), although I'm looking for one now and having a hard time. Hit a couple Best Buys today, and they had displays set up at both of them, but no watches on the display. They must be upping production, they wouldn't set up displays in stores to sell a few hundred watches. I just hope I can find one before I get tired of looking and buy a Moto360 instead!

It was initial info over a month back.
I'm in the UK and there is no word on release. I did check with a us supplier who said they could ship same day but from what I've seen they are few and far between. Customs duty added put me off!
