Only syncing 6 months worth of pictures on Note 4

I have a Galaxy note 4. Its almost full of pics and videos. Is there anyway to use Kies (I'm running it on a Mac Mini) and only sync the previous 6 months of pictures and videos on my phone? I've got pics on there from a year + ago, that I want to keep on my computer, but have no use for on my phone. Is there a way to do this on Kies?

It would be far better to just download all of them to your computer, and then just delete the entire mess off the phone.

then, it will be very easy to look at the computer, note the date range you want, then copy back to the phone, only the ones you want to keep.
