Help Open mobile version of website

When I open a site on twitter it directs me to the non-mobile version of the site.

Is there any way to set a rule that the mobile version opens?
It opens rte.ie rather than the mobile version m.rte.ie.

In most cases it opens the mobile version but not in this case.
