You can do this by using the 'Tab' function. I use Dolphin, Opera Mini, Chrome and the HTC stock browser and they all have the tab function, although there isn't a browser standard means of creating a new tab.
Dolphin has a + in the tab bar at the top of the page, tap it to open a new tab.
The HTC stock browser and Chrome have a 'two page' icon in the address bar at the top of the page which also indicates the number of open tabs, tap to open a new tab.
Opera Mini has a similar icon in the bottom tool bar.
I think the questions was about how to open multiple bookmarks at once with one click (like a folder full of bookmarks). I have not found any way of doing that in Android, it is standard on any PC browser. Very annoying...
Next browser + addon deft pages. (or deftly pages, not sure.)
It lets you create groups of pages from your bookmarks and history, and then open every pages from a group on different tabs. Each group can contains up to 15 pages.
I think that's what you wanted. I'd actually like to have this feature on more browsers.
