Hi Guys,
Just made the switch from iPhone over to an Android with an HTC one. Really liking everything so far, but IMO, video is still better on the iphone. regardless, I would like to be able to open videos from the browser like the iphone does. Basically, when you click on a video from safari, it opens in the iphone video player vs where on android in firefox or chrome, it will open directly in the browser. I don't like this because 1. its annoying to make extra taps to go to full screen, and 2. its annoying to move and zoom the screen around to get the video to line up in the active viewing area.
Anyway, I've been mainly using Firefox because I like to be able to remove ads and trackers via addons, but have also tried it with Chrome. I am open to other browsers if I can get what I want.
As an example, I watch a lot of comedy central...
If you go on the mobile comedy central site and go to jon stewart, all of those clips will open in the browser. I would like to see these clips open up in MX player or something of the sort.
Thanks for the help!
