Help Openetna help!

Hey, I am new to the LG eve and I saw openetna was the best system. But I don't know how to get in fastboot mode. I did everything they say: Installation - openetna - Installation of the current ROM - Project Hosting on Google Code Help me please!

Hi Kevenvz,
Fastboot is Included in android-sdk which you have to download to use Openetna. Which version of Eve firmware do you have? If you updated to 1.6 then you will have to go back to 1.5 to be able to use fastboot.

droiduzr2 is in the process of doing just that so you might want to follow his notes.

Good luck. I love running the LG 2.2 version. A few bugs but I can live with them so far.

Thanks I am now in fastboot there stand this:

Serial Number: UNKNOW

But I get the error waiting for device help me please?

Are your drivers all up to date and did you download and install ADB? Check out the "Rooting" directions above - at the top of this forum. The first part will help you out with getting the fastboot up and running properly. Read the instructions carefully and don't skip the driver section. It took me a few tries until I got it right.

Read it slowly and don't skip a thing from the top to just before the "Rooting (all credit to Zacpod)" part. Hopefully that will help you out.
