I have a problem/question. When using my laptop in conjunction with my galaxy S Mobile AP, internet seems to work fine except when trying to open attachments in hotmail using either IE8 or Chrome. If i use my galaxy s in mobil ap mode i can surf the net no problem at all. The problem is trying to open any attachments even simple ones as a pdf file. The files fail to open at all. If i switch my laptop to use my house wifi then i can open attachments again. The problem is anytime i use the wifi from my phone in mobile ap mode, my laptop will not be able to open attachment in hotmail.
Does the phone somehow not allow these files to transfer through?
