I use Opera for my web browser on my phone. This just started today. When trying to view any msn.com site I get a malicious site warning. I can choose to ignore it but that only works that one time.

Works for me on my device using opera no problem. Have you tried an alternative browser?
Also make sure the url you're visiting isn't diverting to something else and it is actually msn.com.
If you have any AV software installed, it might be worth turning that off temporarily to see if that makes a difference?
