Root Operating System damage

hi guys. I have samsung galaxy exhibit 2. I recently root it. I accidently delete some system apps. Now my phone can't reboot, i stuck on metropcs logo. How can i fix it. Please help me.

Did you back up your rom? If not you could try using Samsung Kies software to recover it

my phone can't boot so it cannot connect to samsung kies. the phone is not mount to the computer.

Does it connect to the PC when in download mode?

the computer cant recognize my phone because the phone stuck on boot mode

Take out the battery to power off the device. Once you insert it you should be able to get into download mode by pressing Volume Down + Home + Power at the same time. You should be able to do a emergency firmware recovery via Kies. Here is a tutorial with screenshots of how to perform an emergency recovery via kies.

as you say i do the volume + home+ power at the same time and i access the odin mode but when i connect the phone to the computer it cannot recognize the phone, kies is not able to find any devices.
