[Opinion] Jawbone big Jambox

330D

From My Cold Dead Hands
I just received one as a gift for my birthday (thanks ma!) and I freaking LOVE IT! What good sound and ease of use. I'm not some audiophile that can give a review that is worth anything, but holy moly... it goes everywhere with me, and sounds incredible. I have an icon headset and love that as well, but this is on a different level.

Anyone else use or own one? Thoughts, opinions?

That's exactly how I feel about my UE Boom :D Just click in my sig link to see a ton-and-a-half of accessory and gadget reviews ;)

Here is a thing, the sound is very subjective and a matter of personal taste and often a comparison to other speakers. I reviewed a number of other wireless speakers, but not JBJ. What I did hear that original Jambox and also Beats Pills are very tiny in sound with hardly any bass. Big Jambox was an improvement because of bigger drivers. I love my Boom, but it naturally doesn't have a deep bass because of the size of it's speakers. Everything else I have reviewed was either too small/portable (which sounded ok for it's size, but not overall great in comparison to Boom) or speakers that paid more attention to the design and extra options (like water proof or use as external battery or exaggerated bass) then sound quality. I heard Bose Soundlink II sounds much better though. But again, we are not comparing. The most important thing - you like it. It's all that matters!!! Njoy it and happy b-day!!!
