We all have to eat. App developers have a choice: charge money for the app and have fewer users, or give the app away but include ads that pay them. Your app seems to be a free version, supported by advertisements... and that's just the nature of business.
There are two options... three, really:
1. Upgrade to a paid version of the app if available. Most paid versions are ad-free.
2. Root the phone and block ads.
3. Uninstall the app.
