I am trying to unlock my LG35g, is there an easy way to do this? If I root it will it automatically be unlocked?

I have a net 10 lgl35 optimus logic is rooted but I am having problems with it the problems I am having factory reset wont work and can boot but goes into emergency mode if try to reboot can this be fixed or is it beyond repair
