optimus logic

When I turn on my optimus logic the screen just goes to a white screen and I can't do anything.

You may need to try using the recovery boot. This may help:

Once in Recovery there will be an option to restore the system. Beware that it may erase all your data and settings, as if you had just brought the phone home from the store. Remove your SD card before you do it. You may need to get creative with the buttons to find which ones navigate and select in Recovery.

Hopefully someone with experience with your model can help with something less destructive, but if not, that will work.
