Accessories Options: Best Bluetooth Soundbar for Android phones

I have been looking all over the internet for a good Soundbar, Speaker, etc for my Android phone. But lets he honest, there are hundreds, if not thousands of options and nearly ALL are Chinese made XYZ brand you and I have never heard of.

Heres what Im looking for and maybe someone can help me with some options:

-Size doesnt matter. Id prefer a slim, low profile like a soundbar. Smaller speakers suck to me as I dont require portability
-Dont mention Beats Pill or some BS like that. Im not buying advertising!
-I want one that has either a Micro-USB charger built-in or wireless charging
-Battery operated would be nice. Hopefully something with a decent sized battery.
-Must be bluetooth
-A clock/display, etc would be great
-Remote would be nice to have
-Waterproof isnt necessary, but weatherproof is better as I live on the desert. Sand and sunlight is a million times more destructive than water

The problem Im having is the when searching for speakers, you get all these small, underpowered and overpriced pieces of crap that you can toss into a gym bag. When searching for soundbars they are all powered by wall outlets.

I cant imagine Im the onlym one looking for a good sized speaker dock, etc with clock for a patio or there bedroom?

I use the Bose Soundlink Mini. I love the sound but it can't charge your phone.

Bluetooth - yes
Micro USB charger - no
Rechargeable - yes
Clock - no
Weatherproof - not specifically

To bad you don't want portability. The JBL Flip has excellent sound quality for such a small speaker. It's been out for a couple of years now so you could probably find one at a decent price. It definitely has smooth, room filling sound. I'll check the JBL site and see if they have something bigger. BRB

Here you go. To be honest with you Steven I don't think you'll ever find any good sounding speakers that fit all of your requirements but JBL has been around a long time and has audio reproduction down pat.

Also, keep in mind UE Boom, absolutely love that one and still use it daily. Also, talking to Creative SoundBlaster guys now, trying to reserve Roar 2 wireless speaker (that one is a monster!!!). JBL speakers are really good too, but lack deep bass performance.

Regarding having a clock included, forget about it, unless you find some iHome or iLuv junk ;)
