Options to send Group SMS on Nexus 6

Hello, im using nexus 6 and facing strange problem. First of all there is no option to send group sms. I manage team of 40 ppl and same msg must be sent out at the same time but i cant do. Im on o2 UK network and according to them if i send more than 4/sms at one time, i will be charged as MMS. I didnt have this problem with S5. I used textra app for group sms but it sends them as MMS. Any suggestions please? I really want this feature to work as normal.

There are apps to solve this on the nexus 6.

The nexus 6 is a pure vanilla device by nature, so you can install an modify the device to taste.

The stock apps on the device are simple by nature, again to allow individuals to custom their device to their environment.

Use google hangouts for what you need or any other plethora of apps designed for this (viber, what's app, etc)

Thanks for input. Whatsapp, viber dont work for our work requirements. Can you suggest any app please for bulk group sms.Hangout does not allow group sms either.

People can join a group session in hangouts and get notified that way.

Also look at the app "slack".

There are many other apps, so searching this specific forum and/or going to the app market and searching "group sms" will also yield some fruit.

Chomp sms (I think that's how it's spelled?) is another one that comes to mind.

Bear in mind it's the holidays in the US so responses here from others may be delayed...
