Got a Samsung Droid Charge about a week ago to try out and decided to stay with my Thunderbolt.

The phone is in new condition, no scratches or dings. The original protective plastic coating is still on the battery cover but it is starting to peel off. The charger is still in the original packaging and I have the box and manuals as well.

Search on this board, i have sold several phones over the past 3 months, Droid X, Droid Pro, Incredible, and Samsung Continuum.

I have 100% feedback on ebay under radyoactve and have been a member since 1998.

Looking to get $400 by paypal gift.

Would like to trade for a higher end android tablet: Galaxy Tab 10.1, HTC, Asus, Acer, etc, can add cash.

Will post pictures this evening when I get home from work.

Thanks.

Hey Easy,

Both phones have their good and bad points, i think it comes down to preference.

The TB has lousy battery life, the volume and and power buttons are mushy. I havent had any reboot issues with mine.

The DC is a little laggy probably due to touchwiz. Even with Launcher Pro installed I still see it. Other than feeling light, the build is nice. Buttons have a solid feel to them. The battery lasts longer than the TB and the screen is awesome.

I find myself wanting to slide my SIM back into the DC but I can't keep both.

It really is a toss up. Battery life is not an issue, I have my TB charging while at work and have chargers in my cars.

What it came down to was the rumor of a new update and hopefully the release of Gingerbread on the TB.

Thanks for the input, appreciate you taking the time.

I agree with you 100% on your issues with the tbolt. I don't have a car charger, but I don't travel too far to the point where I'd be screwed without one.

I do find myself needing to charge every night or I'm toast the next day. Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night and take it off the charger and listen to some music and fall back asleep, I'll even find my battery is drained to around 50% just from those few hours of use.

That being said, the qualities in the Charge don't seem worth it to me to make the change. I agree that the Tbolt is rather clunky, but I'd much rather have that than a laggy interface. I've always sort of stuck with HTC as well (previous owner of Eris (gross) Incredible and now Tbolt).

That's not to say you've squashed all of my curiosity but I think I will stick with the Tbolt for now.

You do realize that rumor was proved to be wrong by those on twitter or get all the leaked builds and test phones?

I did see that but I am more optimistic that HTC will put out the update before Samsung.

With the uncertainty of Verizon moving to tiered data plans, I might just activate this on my wife's line until there is clarification, at least I can lock her into an unlimited 4G plan.

I still have the Charge available!

Bought a 4th Gen iPod touch so that is off the table.

Not looking for a black iPhone, wife has one, would have just switched hers to the white and sold the black.
